By popular demand, Disney’s The Lion King will return to Los Angeles for an exclusive eight-week engagement at the Pantages Theatre, beginning November 20, 2013, and playing through January 12, 2014. Opening night is set for Friday, November 22, at 8 p.m. This marks the award-winning musical’s first return to the Pantages in seven years since its eight-week sold-out engagement in 2006 and second return overall since its highly successful Los Angeles premiere in 2000.
Beginning Monday, March 4, Pantages Theatre Season Ticket Holders will have the first opportunity to purchase tickets to the production. Subscribers to all series will see The Lion King in a designated week of the engagement. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Monday, June 3, 2013.
