I tried to register for the event but there weren’t any windows showing for the date that I want. What does that mean?
If a window is no longer visible, that means it has reached maximum capacity. These Previews have a limited capacity, and the registration process operates on a first-come first-served basis.
I didn’t get a chance to register. Can I just show up on the day of the event?
No. D23 Members without a valid confirmation will not be allowed admission into New Fantasyland for the Previews.

THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT
Will I get to stay in New Fantasyland all day?
No. You will be free to enjoy the area during your registered preview window of time only. At the end of your window, you will need to exit New Fantasyland. You are encouraged to enjoy the rest of your day here at Walt Disney World Resort.
Will I get to eat inside New Fantasyland?
There will be limited snack and beverage options for sale in the Preview area. However, to make the most of your time while in New Fantasyland, we encourage you to take advantage of one of the other great dining options at Magic Kingdom Park before or after your Preview. Be Our Guest Restaurant will not be serving food or beverages during the Preview events.
Can I make reservations for Be Our Guest Restaurant?
Be Our Guest Restaurant will not be serving food or beverages during the Preview events. If you would like to make reservations for a future date, reservations are being taken now for dates starting November 19 at www.disneyworld.com/dining or (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463.
Can I spend time at the Magic Kingdom before and after my Preview event?
Yes. Since valid admission to Magic Kingdom Park is required for this event, you are able to use your Annual Pass or ticket all day. For park information, click here: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/parks/magic-kingdom/.
What happens if the weather is bad the day of my Preview?
The Previews will operate rain or shine. As always, in the case of inclement weather, Walt Disney World may suspend operation of certain outdoor attractions, shows, merchandise locations, and food and beverage kiosks in the interest of safety. These locations typically reopen as soon as weather conditions permit.
Can I purchase merchandise in New Fantasyland?

Where can I park for the event?
You can utilizing the standard guest parking at the Ticket and Transportation Center and proceed to the entrance of Magic Kingdom Park as normal via Ferryboat or Monorail. Parking is $14 per vehicle per day. Parking is complimentary for guests with Annual or Premium passes.

The New Fantasyland Commemorative Collection merchandise will only be available for purchase online October 1 – October 21, 2012.
Will I have the opportunity to purchase New Fantasyland Commemorative Collection merchandise at the New Fantasyland Preview Event at Magic Kingdom Park or after October 21?
No, the New Fantasyland Commemorative Collection merchandise will not be available for purchase during the New Fantasyland Preview Events and will not be available to order after October 21, 2012.
Where do I pick up my New Fantasyland Commemorative Collection merchandise?
All orders for the New Fantasyland Commemorative Collection merchandise will be shipped directly to the address given at the time your order is placed. Merchandise will not be available to be picked up before, during, or after the New Fantasyland Preview Events.
