Enthusiastic fans—some arriving as early as 6 a.m.—lined up this morning in hopes to win the ultimate prize, a coveted cruise vacation on the Disney Fantasy, the newest vessel in the expanding Disney Cruise Line fleet, at the D23 Expo in Anaheim. Each contestant started the morning by meeting up with one of the official trivia tournament quiz masters and had to answer one question correctly to get into round two. Challengers who got their questions incorrectly were given a dunce sticker—with Bertie Birdbrain from Adventures in Music: Melody and Toot, Whistle, Plunk and Boom on it—and were sent to the back of the line to try again. Those who answered their questions correctly were cleared to enter the second round. Once inside, contestants went to the third floor in Stage 23 for round two.
