Our friends at The Walt Disney Studios invite D23 Members to a very special screening and panel at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood to celebrate the 60th anniversary Diamond Edition release of Peter Pan on Blu-ray.
Not only will guests be able to enjoy the beloved animated movie once again on the big screen, the night also includes a panel discussion moderated by Leonard Maltin with Kathryn Beaumont (voice of Wendy), Ted Thomas (son of legendary Disney animator Frank Thomas and director/writer of the acclaimed documentaries Frank and Ollie and Walt & El Grupo), and Margaret Kerry (live-action reference model for Tinker Bell).
Guests will also enjoy D23 discounted VIP Orchestra Reserved Seating, a souvenir bucket of popcorn, and a 20-oz. bottled drink. Plus, prior to the movie, audiences will be entertained with a never-before-seen episode of Jake and the Never Land Pirates, plus an appearance by Jake, live on stage!
This classic tale taught us all “to believe,” introducing us to the Darling children—Wendy, John and Michael—as they flew with Peter Pan and Tinker Bell past the second star to the right and straight on ’til morning to the enchanted world of Never Land. In honor of the film’s restoration and February 5 anniversary, D23 Members are invited to once again discover this magical adventure and relive childhood memories of this great bedtime story.

D23 Members will be required to provide their D23 Membership number when reserving tickets. D23 Members who do not bring their Membership card may not be admitted to the event. Ticketed Members who do not attend the event forfeit their place as well as all experiences, benefits, and gifts associated with the event.
